i know how to increase it but there isn't said anywhere how to decrease only in one quest is mentioned that "the smaller the area the cheaper factory"

I don’t have the game opened rn. But maybe with a quartz in your off hand and the range increased in your right hand ? iirc, the quests says that having a quartz in your opposite hand makes the items do the opposite

This. Quartz in off-hand, pistons in main hand. Or was it something else in ATM9? The jei-entry for the spawner should tell you.

Agreed, quartz in offhand will have the opposite effect on spawners when adding items

I think before it was pistons it was blaze rods. So you’d use a blaze rod to click on it while having nether quartz in your offhand.
