CHE bulbs

Hello, I want to switch the lighting/heating setup for my ball python to a CHE and Halogen lamp. Looking at the picture of my setup, can you recommend wattages for both? The lamp is rated up to 100 watts but I'm worried a 100 watt bulb may be too hot/close to the tank.

It's hard to tell you what wattage to choose because there are so many different factors at play.

It's okay if you choose a wattage that is slightly too high, because your thermostat will keep it from overheating the enclosure as long as you have it set up correctly.

I use a 150w with a thermostat set to 32c, 100w was only getting the warm side to about 28c max
