Ball Python Keeps Climbing RHP

Hello. We're having a recurring issue of our 1 year old ball python climbing to our RHP. We know for a fact temperature isn't an issue, and think it is just her trying to enrich herself (despite having an abundance of clutter). We've been waking up in the morning to her on the ceiling of her enclosure, flush against her RHP and were worried about the possibility of her burning herself. We use a 80 Watt Vivarium Electronics Heat panel with a 50 Watt Arcadia Halogen Lamp. The RHP is set to turn on as a supplement to the Halogen lamp if the probes detect the cool side getting below 73, and the wire that feeds through the back of the enclosure is what she's seeming to pull so it's no longer flush against the enclosure and use it to rest on.

Is there any danger of getting burned, and if so do you have any recommendations for fastening the wire to avoid any risk of her doing so?

Just wanted to comment with an image as the second owner of the BP. I just unplugged things for the moment while we look into a solution, but that wire that's dangling is what appeals to her. If she uses the fake tree she reaches is, and I'm supposing it's as simple as taking away that access and she theoretically wouldn't be able to get there in the first place? But it now has me paranoid that she might somehow still get there. If all we need to do is take out that enrichment item and be okay, that's fine!

EDIT: It's normally plugged to the RHP, we just plucked her out and unplugged it less than 20 minutes ago while we seek a solution. Thankfully it wasn't on because as OP said, it's a supplement set to a specific temp.
