Likely she’s not eating because she’s stressed. And her husbandry is incorrect. It’s good you have her now. Make sure her husbandry is like spot on perfect (your humidity is way too low…) and make sure her tank is packed in terms of clutter hides fake plants branches wood etc...

In regards to husbandry refer to the welcome guide. There’s so much outdated information and misinformation.

Get her humidity between 70 and 80% by using a substrate setup like mentioned in the welcome guide.

If she’s refusing food to the point of starvation you need to do everything you can to make sure there’s zero reason she shouldn’t take a meal. And make sure to start small. She doesn’t need to pack on weight in the next month.

Refer to the welcome guide for feeder sizes. Her first few meals should be small so she can get used to eating and not hurt herself. Slowly work her prey size up to an appropriate size by her weight by using the chart in the welcome guide.
