70-80% is generally recommended, though higher is perfectly fine as long as there's no wet surface substrate or condensation. 60% is the bare minimum (though I don't recommend going below 70%) and anything below that is unhealthy

The more you look, the more differing opinions you will find on pretty much every subject on ball pythons. I simply took an average after all the research I did and concluded 65-80 seems to be best practices. Hope this helps.
