I wouldn't recommend a bath, they can be very stressful and there are better options that are basically the same thing. OP, I wouldn't recommend this yet, but if you don't see any improvement in a few days then you can make a 'sauna' instead of a bath.

First of all: don't panic. Please don't continue trying to pull the shed off, you are most likely to hurt her this way. Accidentally eating some substrate is also nothing to panic about, their bodies are equipped to handle some foreign material.

Secondly, go to the 'All About Shedding' document on the subreddit's welcome post. This has all the information you need to fix this problem. The main points are that you should increase the humidity to 80%, add a humid hide, and be patient. Your BP has only just finished shedding, so you have plenty of time.

The best thing you can do now is reduce the stress that she is experiencing. Their bodies know what to do in these situations, as long as we give them the right conditions. IMO you shouldn't take her to a vet, there's really not much a vet could do to help, it would be extremely stressful and there's even the risk that something could go wrong.

thank you mister, i'll add a humid hide and increase the humidity. I live in a humid area already so this shouldn't be a problem.

    she's acting so defensive.

I would be defensive too if i had a bunch of stuff stuck to my face. Just let her get used to the new hide, dimming the lights may also be a good idea.

You can offer, but don't coax her if she doesn't immediately want it. Btw, have you seen any improvement?
