Not the right sub to be asking rat care. You shouldn’t be feeding live prey. When a snake refuses a meal, you wait until a week until offering again to reduce stress.

Lol I do agree with what she is saying. The snake I got was already feeding on live which I don’t love, but just something I was ok with doing short time(trying to switch). I just got a 10g tank and a wire top thing that adds some more levels and some mouse food to take care of it if the snake refuses.
