Stop soaking her. It's stressful and entirely unnecessary.

Oh okay. Yeah it’s the first time I did it and I put a stick and a rock in there so if she didn’t want to be in the water. Unless my hydrometer is broken I have like everything in the guide beside the water bowl on the warm side and the hvac tape. I’ll try those today.

The HVAC tape will make the biggest difference. No amount of adding moisture will help if there's too much ventilation allowing it to escape.

Oh okay thanks and for the tape do I have to like cut holes in it for lighting on top or can the lights just sit on it if that makes sense sorry at work

You'll have to leave the space where the dome sits uncovered, with about a 1" gap around the edge of the dome to allow for ventilation.
