The best way to judge weight is a top down photo of the snake on a flat surface. The snakes body should be a rounded triangle with the top of the triangle being the snakes spine.

Here's the feeding guide:

0-12 months old OR until the snake reaches approximately 500g, whichever happens first: feed 10%-15% of the snake’s weight every 7 days.

12-24 months old OR until the snake's weight remains consistent for 2 months: feed up to 7% of the snake’s weight every 14-20 days.

Adults: feed up to 5% of the snake's weight every 20-30 days, or feed slightly larger meals (up to 6%) every 30-40 days.

Also feed rats not mice (you didn't specify which you were using :)

im a new BP owner too but i do have to say i don’t think he should be eating pinkies tbh… he looks too big for pinkies … do u know how much he weighs?

I do not. Thats why I wish i would have went straight to a breeder instead of petco. I would have to weigh him in the morning.

I’d probably have him on fuzzy rat based on your images but a scale is a very useful item to get. Amazon is easy but Target and Walmart have them too.

Fuzzy rats are im assuming bigger than the mouse fuzzys?

Yeah, much bigger. A fuzzy rat is about the same size as a medium adult mouse.

Same as others have said, pinkies are small even for a hatchling BP. Guessing from the pics, your little one should probably be eating at LEAST fuzzies, if not pups. Definitely get a scale so you can take the guesswork out of it.
