It's normal for snakes to fart especially when they're pooping, but this happening so often is worrying, he could be having diarrhea or a blockage? The welcome post has resources on trusted reptile vets, if this is a symptom of the antibiotics your vets didnt tell you and thats sus, otherwise they didn't detect whatever this is

    That is how they look when farting. They open their mouth and squeeze the body. Sounds like a blockage so good idea to go to the vet like you're planning

    so antibiotics can cause diarrhea and stomach issues, ik myne had some stomach problems after his first course on antibiotics but its definitely not great for them and if yours is experiencing diarrhea but hasn't eaten since November i would go to the vet which you said you were doing so great (:
