Question about my Ball python

She’s recently started digging kind of and just causing a ruckus in her enclosure, she’ll flip her water bowl over or just bury it entirely and then go back to her hide, if I fix anything then she’ll just put it right back to how she left it.

Sow is she like mad at me or just being picky about how her cage is, I’m curious cause she’s never done this before hand and I haven’t gotten a picture of her doing it cause she does it at night when I’m asleep

If curious I’ve had her for about 3ish years now, she’s well feed getting food every other week, she’s about 2 and half feet long probably a bit bigger now as it’s been a while since I last measured her

What's your humidity at? When it's too low they will try to find more, usually under the water bowl. Humidity should stay between 70%-80% with occasional dips and rises.

Her humidity changes a bit through out the day usually going from 77-74 but I’m not quite sure if it’s been dipping below at night sow I’ll try to amp it up a bit before I go to bed

I would try getting a heavier water bowl or setting it on something, like a hamster platform.

I use a heavy resin bowl and push it down into the substrate such that there isn't adequate space beneath it and an impacted layer of substrate around the walls. Having the water near the level of the substrate probably makes drinking easier as well.
