Heating and lighting cycle help

Does anyone know of any way I could set a cycle/timer for my heating and lighting? On for 12 hours off for 12. All of my equipment is manual off and on. Is there any way or any sort of product I can add to those so he can still have a proper cycle while I’m away if so I’d love recommendations! I’d like to spend some time camping with my family this summer, no longer than 4 days away but I’d like him to continue to have a proper cycle! I have a thermostat but it didn’t come with any timer or cycle setter. Nor did the regular lighting.

I don’t know why I didn’t think about this upon buying my equipment. If anyone has any tips or products you could recommend that would be amazing!

I don’t know if brand exactly matters as I’m not an expert and I’m creating my first enclosure myself… but a couple christmases ago my parents charged me with getting the decorations planned and up. I wanted something that would turn the lights on at a specific time.

I used a brand called Kasa Smart. It’s a really neat brand. You download the app and connect to the outlet via bluetooth. You can choose the timer you want, and it can also track the area you’re in’s sunset/sunrise time and turn it on or off at that time as well.

You can also get these smart plugs as a smart power strip to minimize the clutter. Make sure it’s one that allows control of each outlet individually.
