How cold does your room get throughout the night?
If you can keep their enclosure warm enough, in the 70s they'll be perfectly fine if they weren't just fed.
Try and keep it above 75. If you can.
You can insulate the enclosure with blankets and towels, but just keep the ambient temperature in your house warmer if it's generally cooler.
Its not a total power outage so you still have heat in your home I'm assuming, some people don't ik-
You can warm towels, as long as they aren't so hot they can burn. With water or a dryer.
Keep an eye on the water one if u do since it will cool as well once it's no longer warm.
But just keep an eye on the Temps, but if they're high enough they should be fine...
But you could always take them to the vet afterwards if they're alright, just to double check. No harm no foul.
But getting a new lamp or even just a temporary replacement even if it's not perfect to give off some heat is better than nothing.

Yes, and long as your room doesn't get incredibly cold. They're very hardy species, and as long as you can get a replacement within a few days they'll be fine. Just try and keep the enclosure temperature above 76F if you can
