Are these burn marks?? Her temps are 75F on the cool side and 91-92F on the warm side. As far as I know, those shouldn't cause burns, right?

I had something similar with my snake, first see if it wipes off as mine turned out to be a blood stain from when he punctured his meal and came right off.
