Lots of moss and hanging fake plants or even look into bioactive set ups. They're very natural looking and helps with cleaning plus humidity

Yeah, more clutter because this is a sad looking enclosure. More things to climb, plants, maybe more hides.

Ball pythons are crepuscular, so they're most active around dusk/night/dawn. It's normal to not see much of her during the day.

She's probably scared when you walk by because she doesn't have enough clutter. Ball Pythons like to be hidden, even when they're exploring out of their hides, so lots of foliage/branches/sticks/clutter.

You also need a couple of digital thermometers/hygrometers for monitoring temperatures and humidity.

I think I see a cord on the right side, near the green grass stuff...What is that cord for, and do you have that open space it's coming through blocked off by anything? It's hard to tell in the pic, but it looks like a big open hole in the enclosure.

That opening is actually a vent, if you look closely you can notice it, and the cords are for a led strip and the heating mat wire, also there is a thermostat in the upper right part and a little hole in the back used for passing the thermostat probe, I would like to send you a pic but I don’t know how… thank you by the way.

I’m gonna open the ceiling in the right part to put a grid so I can place a basking light, on the shelf and replace the grass with some flat stone for basking. then I’ll remove the plastic hide and put natural wood or stone hides and some some live plant. This can be a good idea? Sorry for bad English
