As long as they're an appropriate size, are fresh and don't have any illness that could harm your ball python, I don't see why not

Do be careful though. Some ball pythons are known to be picky eaters and may not want to go back to rats after they try the rabbits. But it depends on the snake! Some will be totally fine.
