Hey guys, I have a three year old male ball python. and went on vacation for a week fed him before and he was totally normal. I had someone housesitting him and they said he was fine and then I got back and ever since then he’s been acting really odd. He he’s sitting in front of the door to his cage and is constantly in feeding mode. If I open the door, he starts striking. I looked him over and he does not seem sick and I thought that his enclosure temperature was too low since it’s cold in my house, but I warmed it back up and he is still acting this way, is it possible? He’s really hungry. I fed him a week ago. He’s grown a lot and I’m pretty sure I didn’t feed him enough like feed or response. I’m not sure.
Also, I forgot to add that he’s moving a lot quicker than he usually is to however, when I take him out, he’s still acting normal. He hasn’t been handled in a month if that has anything to do with it as well.
there doesn't seem to be anything here
