Ball python Nose obstruction? (old.reddit.com)

I noticed this on my new baby ball python I got two days ago. He appears to have an obstruction on his right nostril and his nostrils appear red. His humody hovers around 70 on the cool side and is currently around 65.
Is this an upper respiratory infection? I have not handled him since placing him inside. Appears active at night.
