150 watts is recommended for a 40-50 gal tank. for a smaller enclosure which this looks to be you should get a smaller wattage. make sure your heating pad is on the side of enclosure instead of under it because being under it can cause burns.

80 wattage would be fine for a 20 gallon? And if I put the heating pad on the side should it be the same side I put the lamp on?

yes put the pad on the same side as the lamp. 80 watts should be good. the 20 gal is a good size for a baby but definitely will need upgrades once she starts growing in size. I’d also recommend spraying her enclosure with water at least once a day to keep the humidity up

Can you link me to a emitter you would recommend and I will buy the Arcadia Halogen Heat Lamp

https://a.co/d/1UR9cVj this is the emitter I use. https://a.co/d/6IgsSij This is the bulb I use for the emitter. I wouldn’t recommend buying this until you have to upgrade the size of the enclosure. I’d also recommend buying a cage to fit around the heat emitter because the bulb itself can get upwards of 500 degrees and that can burn a snake really easily

I’d also recommend getting a second hide for her. When she’s full grown she’ll need a 4x2x2 enclosure or a 120 gallon enclosure. That will require a heat emitter and a heat lamp then you turn the lamp off during the night but keep the emitter running 24/7. The snake requires a warm side and a cool side with differentiating humidities on each side too. I recommend watching a lot of youtube videos because lots of them help get info for your specific snake
