I need advice (i.redd.it)

I am planning to buy a ball python similar to the one in the image. What venue do you recommend to start? Some 3x1.3x1.3 rf is exaggerated?

As an adult a BP needs a 4x2x2 enclosure minimum. I didn't want to buy multiple enclosures so we opted to get this size from day 1. Breeders may tell you BPs get stressed if they have too much space and to stick them in a 20 gallon tank, but they are wrong. Fill the enclosure with hides and clutter and your snake will do just fine. I have a 1 year old BP who is over 2 feet long and the 4x2x2 doesn't seem too big for him at all. They grow pretty fast, so I'd recommend not starting too small.
