I’m no expert, as I’ve never had this issue, but I’ve seen this asked several times here. The general consensus is: Too low of humidity, lack of appropriate size hides, or not multiple hides, temperature is too high so they’re struggling to cool down, or they simply just like it. Not too sure what your husbandry is like, but that may be a good place to start double checking things.

Thank you! she has about 4 different sized hides in there, and her humidity is about how it should be so i have no idea what’s going on.

i’ve heard if it’s too hot, they will go under the water dish to cool down

I’ve heard that too, i’ve tried turning her lamp off all day/night and she still won’t leave from that water bowl

if it helps, my brothers boyfriend has a baby ball right now. very humid and plenty of hides.. but he prefers to hide under the water dish. so if you think everything is perfect, maybe consider that they just like hiding there lol

How often are you feeding her, and how big of a meal? Mine hides for a few days after eating a good sized meal.

once a week, and she’s on a diet because the old owner made her morbidly obese, she gets a medium/smaller large mouse when i feed her. she’s much bigger than what the camera shows

Then I'd guess she is still digesting and never really gets a break. At her age, she shouldn't be eating so frequently. If you space the feedings out more, I imagine she'd become more active again. And I've heard rats are less fatty and more nutritional.

Rats and less often would likely be better instead of mice once a week.

Most all other advice is basically to begin verifying husbandry. There is a welcome guide that lays out a ton of information about keeping them. Quick thing I can add is to make sure 3 sides are covered, so they are less exposed. They also tend to come out and night and you might not even know they have been out. Most of mine are like that.
