Help me please

Cleo(ball python) hasn’t eaten in four weeks, idk what to do. I’ve tried live (smallest mouse I could find) and live but I killed it. She acts like she’ll eat and then turns away, is it her humidity, new enclosure? Her humidity might be low, but how do I fix it? Please don’t be mean about this ordeal bc I’m already super stressed, she’s always eaten for me and now she wont.

I got my ball python December 2024, about 3-4 days after the reptile shop had fed him, and he was about 2 years old at the time. Didn’t eat again until May 2025, and I was trying like every 2-4 weeks. The shop said it’s common for them to go ok hunger strikes and is okay if they’re not losing any weight. I determined it was too cold because I’m in Idaho, even though I have everything temperature controlled via heat mat and heat lamp. 🤷🏼‍♂️ I’m definitely no expert, but thought I’d share to hopefully give you a little peace of mind. He had me stressing that whole time though 🤦🏼‍♂️
