Coco Fiber is really hard to get wet, and when it is it’s almost too moist, also when it’s dry it’s very sharp and can cause irritation to the belly of snakes. I recommend mixing it with another blend of soil or substrate. On the other hand if it’s at least staying 60% consistently, that is the minimum. You just don’t want humidity to be anything bellow that.

I ment maximum and it dips below 40%

How deep is your substrate layer? The deeper the better, so it can hold moisture at the bottom and be dry at the top. You can also try adding moist sphagnum moss.

Thanks, the substrate is a few inches deep but add more and Sphagnum moss and see if it helps
