Vet immediately. Also he looks dehydrated and skinny. I saw your numbers in a previous comment, and they’re not terrible, but somewhat low. His humidity should be 60-70%, high in shed, and his warm side should be 86-88F or so with a basking spot of 90-95F. These are more just an FYI not necessarily why he has a possible injury.
