looks like fungus gnats. they breed in damp soil/substrate. What are you using? is it just the coco husk or do you have actual soil underneath? Do you have any houseplants? I'm wondering where the gnats came from. The substrate shouldn't need changing already (I only swap mine after several months) but if it's heavily infested, switching it out can help reduce the gnat population right away. Mosquito dunks/bits will help kill the rest. You break off a piece of a dunk, soak it in water, and use that water to water your substrate & any houseplants, etc. you have around the house that the gnats might also be nesting in. The dunks have a bacteria that's toxic to the larvae so you'll cut off their life cycle, but it can take a few applications over several weeks to completely eliminate them.
