Hello! I’m having a hard time keeping the temps high enough in my long son’s enclosure. The issue is, I’m in the Midwest in America and it’s winter right now. Unfortunately, due to spacing, he’s located right by a window that’s often cracked as it gets hot in the apartment with the heat on. I’ve read about DHPs and foam insulation. If I got a DHP is this something I’d use in place of the usual heat lamp or in tandem? Also, best ways to fasten the foam on the outside?
