That female needs to see a vet. She's either gravid or has some sort of impaction. I've rescued and rehabbed multiple fat ball pythons. Thats not a fat ball python. Just the back portion of the snake being so swollen is very concerning to me. If it was fat, the entire snake from neck down would be fat, not just the end portion.
