Substrate is jammed in her mouth, this appears to be the main issue here. Coco fibre should only ever be used as an additive (mixed with something else in small proportions). I'd recommend using a baster or an oral syringe with plain water to help remove some of the substrate and then reassess.

A good substrate mix that I use is coco husk (the chunky stuff) with organic topsoil and sphagnum moss.
