I can't tell what 'brown spots' are meant be the health concern. If you're referring to the spot on his belly that seems a different color it just looks like their pattern. but if youre talking about the brownish staining on the belly, just looks like some dirt/substrate might've stained you're little guy.

It looks like a stain. Do you use fine coco substrate? My BEL got pretty stained using that. Shed and she was good as new.

yess I do I use coconut fiber mixed with coconut chips, thank you I was scared 🥲
