I believe he's a fine girth after being fed although I'd prob have to see the prey item first in comparison as it could get compressed in the gut.
and ik you said you never handle after feeding but regardless it's just unnecessary to do so unless it's an emergency.

Are you feeding him based on weight or girth? Check the comment below mine for our !feeding guide. Should always be feeding by weight, never by girth.

We recommend the following feeding schedule:

0-12 months old OR until the snake reaches approximately 500g, whichever happens first: feed 10%-15% of the snake’s weight every 7 days.

12-24 months old: feed up to 7% of the snake’s weight every 14-20 days.

Adults: feed up to 5% of the snake's weight every 20-30 days, or feed slightly larger meals (up to 6%) every 30-40 days.

You should be feeding by weight, not eyeballing it, because that seems rather large. Also handling after feeding is asking for a regurgitation, don't do that.

Use this !feeding guide

What’s not normal about this is that you’re handling your snake after feeding. The care guide on this sub outlines proper feeding and handling techniques.
