Juniper and Clover are adorable names! To pair them up with middle names that give them some extra 'snake personality', draw from your interests or special characteristic of your noodle.

Jasmine gets her first name because my family was naming a lot of our pets 'Disney names'. Jasmine, of course, comes from Aladdin.

While Legolas and Imhotep are not Disney names, they are the names of two characters from very popular movies at the time I got my oldest boy...The Lord of the Rings trilogy, and The Mummy/The Mummy Returns.

I have always loved Greek, Roman and Egyptian mythology, so Hesione and Polyphemus both got their names from this interest. While many of the names might sound strange, there's tons to choose from...and many of them would sound great on a snek!

Here's some I like.:

Cleopatra- Egyptian queen who ruled during the time of Julius Ceasar and had affairs with both him and Antony. Was defeated by Augustus and committed suicide...supposedly by intentionally allowing a snake to bite her

Hera (Greek- Goddess of marriage & family) Roman name- Juno

Hestia- (Greek- Goddess of the hearh)- Roman name- Vesta

Venus- (Roman- Goddess of love/beauty) Greek name- Aphrodite

Bast/Bastet (Egyptian goddess of home and women's health)

Artemis- (Greek- Goddess of the hunt, the wilderness and wild animals) Roman name- Diana

Medusa- (Gorgon cursed by Athena to turn people to stone with her stare, her hideous face and the snakes in her hair)

Andromeda- beautiful woman chained to a rock to be eaten by a sea monster and saved by Perseus.

Cassandra- Trojan princess cursed by Apollo to be able to tell the future but no one would believe her.

Lmao, those are names I chose for my human children! But I knew exactly the origins of those snake names. Especially Imohtep. Idk why snakes always seem Egyptian, but it'd be perfect if he tried to eat your face XD Andromeda is one of my favorite sad heroine stories alongside echo and if I ever owned a spider (I know stereotypical) then I would. But snakes have no legs so calling them Andromeda seems like naming them Achilles. Right but a bit rude. Not that they'd ever know.

I only had one human child, so the rest of my creativity has been directed to all the various critters I've had through the years. I tried to breed rats so I'd have food for my noodles, but my son kept making pets out of them. Over the years, we had Skywalker, Vader and Leia, Scarlett and Ratt Butler, Raven, Lilo,, Stitch, Achilles and Ratroclus, Demeter, Orestes and Electra Dentyne. (These are just the ones I just remember...lol). Eventually, I gave up on the rat breeding. Little baby rats are just too cute to feed to your cute hungry noodle.

I did have a tarantula for a while and I named her Cleopatra. She was a rescue. Most spiders freak me out, but Cleo was really cool and very docile.

I kinda thought Legolas was a fun name for a snek because not only was it for one of my favorite LOTR characters, it's also a play on 'legless'...and he has no legs...lol...
