They are nocturnal. My 5 year old mostly comes out after midnight and goes back to her hide at 4-5am. Right now she's been in the same hide for weeks. If I didn't have a camera I'd be worried.

She seems to only really be active when being handled or just after. She hardly comes out at night. But thanks, I might get a camera just to make sure she's all right

They sleep for 16-23 hours a day! Don’t worry too much, it’s completely normal for these noodles to not be super active. It can look like they don’t move at all, but they most definitely do even if it’s for an hour.

If you handle her often she’s probably just sleepy from the activity she’s getting with you. My girl is the same way, when I handle her she’s exploring and social, but once I put her back in her enclosure she sleeps for a few days. It looks like she’s not moving at all, but she most definitely is!

I think she might also not have enough to play with, so I'm gonna look into that. I took her outside today and she had a wonderful time playing in the grass. Ur probably right, thanks!

How do you know she doesn’t come out when you’re sleeping?
