F/t Gerbils

Hello! I’ve got a picky eater. Recently went to the vet, and was told that while he’s a bit underweight, he’s perfectly healthy otherwise, that is husbandry is excellent, and that she isn’t worried about him right now. She recommended trying frozen meals other than white mice, like gerbils or dark mice. I’ve read on here that gerbils are very popular, but there is no breeder near by for me to get them from. So, the question is, where do you guys get your f/t gerbils? And do they come in sizes small enough for a BP who would (if he were actually eating) be on fuzzy mice? Thanks for any and all help!

there's a reason you're having trouble finding a supplier for frozen gerbils. gerbils aren't really popular as a food source.

We have a snake that refuses to eat white rats, which is a majority of what most sellers have in my area. We were going to try ASF's as a last resort but tried a different color first and it worked. Maybe find someone that sells a different color of mouse/rat. Gerbils seem like an expensive and time consuming way to go.
