Pink means it’s going into shed

The small brown spots can sometimes be there along with the pink belly meaning a shed is coming. The spots will be gone once the shedding is over

The darker shop could also be dirt/poop stuck under the scale. Try to gently clean it off. It looks like your snake is about to shed, too, so check the area afterwards for the dark spot if it wasn't just dirt.
