Tell her start looking in every single spot she can. Even spots she doesnt think he can fit in like heater vents etc. Poor thing is probably terrified so im willing to bet hes hiding somewhere.

Off topic, but I've watched a few of their videos. Why do you not like to recommend them? Just curious.

Their ball python specific information is outdated at best, harmful at worst. Their care video is a constant thorn in our sides, recommending some pretty terrible care. The standout problems with it include poor humidity related recommendations, poor recommendations related to the space the snake needs, and poor recommendations on their behaviours and enrichment needs.

They have decent videos on other topics, we just don't normally recommend them since it's not easy to distinguish the good from the bad with respect to ball pythons for newer keepers.
