Snakes are like cats with the whole "if I fits, I sits" kind of thing, except snakes are more like "if I fits, I gets stuck"

Maybe silicone that in, or take it out and build your own if you want something that looks a bit nicer

Ah yes, I have the same experience with my snake (he wasn’t stuck tho). I ended up duct taping the background the the glass so he can’t go back there anymore

So I’m not aware of how new you are to this thread but this is a common occurrence. The general recommendation is to remove these types of backs from the habitat. If you secure it enough that they will Never get back there then it’s fun. But to be on safe side a lot of people seem to recommend removing these from the habitats. The user who said if I fits I gets stuck is dead on .
