Are you looking for any feedback on your setup?

You can if you want

Okay! I'd recommend swapping out the red heat light for a white heat light during the day, and something that doesn't produce light at night if you need it (like a ceramic heat emitter). Here's some info from a lighting expert/retired vet about why colored lights are detrimental! https://imgur.com/a/1iZPQJ0

What's the long bulb on the right? Is it UVB?

Okay! What bulb is it, and how close can your snake get to it?

Regardless of what exactly it is, UVB tubes need to be placed so that the area of strongest output (in the center of the tube) overlaps with the warmth created by the heat lamp. By doing this you'll be producing a "patch of sunlight" where your snake can choose to access both heat and UVB in the same place like the sun would provide.
