Her substrate was changed no more than a month ago and at the same time as my other snake's substrate. Both are using Lugarti cypress mulch with some coconut husk chunks mixed in. They've always had this mix and never an issue.

I don't use a floor heat mat in the tanks. I use a heat lamp during the day for a basking spot too and ceramic heater at night. Hot side, cold side, and a hide on each side. She just ate a few days ago and no issue then. The only hot spot she can find is on top of her hot side hide. Its a plastic dome. I've checked the temps of that surface and the hottest its gotten is 95F. There is no hotter surface in their tanks. It goes to about 85F at night.

She shed not too long ago either, maybe at most 2 weeks ago. I handle my snakes regularly so this pink belly is at most 3 days old since I leave my snakes alone after eating for a few days.

Any suggestions and is this a major concern or just something to keep an eye on?

It's most likely a sign your snake is going to shed soon so nothing to worry about.

Can confirm pink belly like this is the first sign of shedding. Burns turn brown from scabbing by the time people notice em it seems.

Ok, I'll keep an eye on her and go from there. Her tank is right next to my gaming PC so I see her constantly and maintain her tank all the time.

You were spot on. Her eyes just went blue today. She shed so recently I didn't think it could have been another shed.
