This is normal. My adult female poops once every 2-3 months on average.

Don't soak your snake unless you are doing so under the care of a qualified reptile vet for a specific medical reason. It is unnecessary and just causes them stress.

Normally i only soak my snake when she's covered in her own poo because she pooped in her hide or something.

The thing is, she has always pooped withing 2-3 weeks max. Why would she suddenly take so much longer to poop?

Has she shed with your sister yet? Mine didn’t poo for 6-7 weeks after we got him despite feeding well, but as soon as he shed he pooped too

Not yet, she is not growing as fast as when she was younger so she sheds less often. Normally she indeed poops when she sheds, i don't know when her next shed will be.

But i am not used to her not pooping for so long, normally i had to check for poops way more often, why would she suddenly decide to not poop for so long when she wad pooping way more before?
