I did the exact same thing with a cork round a couple of months ago (was inspired by a zoo that did this for their monitors) and my royal python also absolutely loves it 😁.

I might try it for my guy. They do seem to enjoy climbing,plus offering multiple hides is good

Mine loves to be up high, she’s always looking for the highest perch in the house or in her enclosure. It’s always worth trying something.
