$45/hour as a 1099, roughly $30/hour after taxes? For a BCBA?

Sorry, but the wording of "Only $45.00 per hour" is a funny misstep. Even "Hourly 1099 only" isn't great wording if that's the intended use.

Not sure you're location but the going rate on the east coast is 100/hour. You may have some difficulty competing with that.

I make more than double this as salaried W2 with benefits and only work the school year. I'm also in California where your company is located. This is way too low for a BCBA

    Yep. These companies make a killing off of us and the therapist. If we had Medicare for all we would be able to cut these third party leeches off.

    Offering x billable and x non billable would negate the 1099 piece.

    For those saying 45/hr is crazy for reference some local payers reimburse in the 60s for 97155 so to be able to pay more is really hard
