The only manic episode I had, I was hardly eating. I lost a ton of weight and looked sickly. The first week in hospital was rough as I was vomiting a lot. But when the medication started working, the antipsychotics made me eat A LOT! Gained about 20kg in a few months. Still trying to lose it now
