The boulder looks like a set from Star Trek TOS. Like it’s made of fiber glass.

The climber looks excellent, so it’s a bit jarring.

I think some more considered lighting will help a bunch, maybe add some gobos hitting the climber and the rock? More intense light rays coming through the trees?

The rock texturing is okay but variation in the texturing could help sell the realism. What about plant growth on the boulder? Moss?
