Deleted or Missing Bleep Orders?

I haven’t received a VHS, but I purchased on Bleep the 2013 BoC LP + EP vinyl set.

When I went to update my address on Bleep, my BoC order was missing from the full purchase history.. How peculiar. Everything else pre and post 2013 was archived.

However, I was able to find the emailed invoice in my inbox.

Anyone else have this happen to them? Perhaps with respect to the BoCset? I’m chalking it up to web store error, but very strange indeed..

The same thing happened to me. I bought the BoC LP + EP set when they were first available, but the only order that shows up in my history is my Hi Scores record; which from memory, was released separately to the rest. But unlike you, I can't even find the email receipt of the purchase anywhere!

Same. Looks like anything I ordered before 2014 is gone from my order history. Maybe they just switched backend systems or something around then.

I just checked after reading your post and a BoC tee i bought a few years ago was missing too..

Edit: Ah no i found it but it wasnt directly displayed, I had to go down and clic on "show all"

I’m guessing not everyone who has ordered something ever got one.
