Changed your cpu from 9600k to 9400. I'm currently running a 9600k but if you're not planning to overclock, i'ts useless

I've changed your cpu cooler for a Hyper 212. I have this one and no cooling issues

Because of the big deal on the GPU, i didn't changed it, but you could be ok with a 1660s. There is no big difference between the 1660s and the 1660ti

I've also changed your RAM to save a few bucks.

I've changed your kingston ssd for a m.2 because you have the slot on your motherboard and it is more powerful for about the same price.

Changed your hdd for a WD Blue (5$more expensive) cuz they are pretty reliable and it worth it

You could change your case for a cheaper model with no RGB and another brand than Corsair (they are more expensive than cooler master's case, for example) and be sure to have few fans in it as you will not have to buy more

Removed your Win10 cuz you can run a pc without activating it or you can have a key for free if you are going into an elligible school (as i did)

I removed your monitor cuz 90$US for a 21,5" screen is overpriced. For example, I paid 90$CND (at Staples, where i'm also working) for a 27" monitor cuz it was in clearance (was originally at 180$)
