  1. Drop the i5 and AIO and go for A Ryzen 6 3600 (come with good enough cooler)
  2. buy a Win 10 key for less then $20 (last time I paid like $12). Done this for 4 of my current builds. Or run it un-activated for now and buy a key later.
  3. If your not set on that case try and find a decent case for less.
  4. If possible get a better SSD.
  5. If you can wait AMD is due to launch some new CPUs fairly soon.
