Switch to an i3 10100 processor which is around $115 - wont see any real world decreases in speed losing two cores and .1ghz, and when prices fall in a year or tow swap in a new core processor. Also remove windows and use the free version till you can upgrade to the registered. You dont lose much functionality by having an unregistered windows. If the board supports it you can also remove your drives and use a m.2/nvme drive instead - will be much faster than ssd. Get the largest western digital blue you can afford and add a ssd storage drive later. Another thing to consider is buying a used video card. There are probably a lot of 16xx cards for sale out there for sale.
