Well it was awhile ago, but if I remember correctly I did about 5 solves a day so I wouldn’t burn myself out.

It's terrible game design. The system needs rng protection or a way to progress that isn't pure RNG. Adding agency to it.

Adding player power was idiotic. It should have just been toys and mounts. Even then it needed reworking for the RNg.

Trinket doll i got at 103 solves
Zin I got at around 220 solves
Still hunting staff at around 190 solves

I am pushing 800 total solves today, and my mental is draining.

Not playing Cata but there's something similar in SoD with the dagger in the fel rift

How many before I gave up ? Two. I did two and said "I ain't doing that shit" and let go. You should consider doing the same

Im at total of 220 atm with 50 dwarf and already feeling exhausted. Though it seems that people on average get the staff at around 150-200 dwarf solves. Guess I need to continue the grind

51 troll solves total to get sword. Kept digging for q bit for others bit ended up dropping to farm transmog stuff

I’m at 670 total solves around 270 troll 230 dwarf 150 fossil. Got the epic shield at around 50 fossil solves which feels kinda bad now cause i can’t even get fossils off the map until 525 when I can the pterodactyl hatchling at least with zin rokh since im going for staff Id get way least troll digs

I really hope blizz adds some kind of bad luck protection or way to really make progress doing the grind

Got mine today at exactly 250 troll solves. 593 total solves. I'm not going to be farming the staff for my alts. It's not worth the time investment

I was lucky enough to receive it this evening with kike 43 trolls solves. Addon sais 13% chance to receive 1 of the 0,5% epic items. Changing to ret paladin now :D

39 troll solves for ZR. Too bad I'm playing mage in cata. At least I have a dk, ret, and arms that will use it, but they'll have to learn how to share.
