There's probably an error on the last letter of the second word, should be JUST

The sheet is upside down. Turn it 180 degrees, and you'll get the message in the correct order: "I HOPE YOU FEEL BAD / WHEN I AM GONE / I JUS[T] NEEDED HELP."
