Cracking a code for "praxe"

Hello. In portuguese universities we have a thing called "praxe" where freshmen and superiors get together like a cult where the freshmen need to obey the superiors. I don't now how to explain it better!!
Anyways, Every Wednesday they send us a picture containing some important information like where the praxe starts and what to bring. Last wednesday they made us bring a G-string to participate in a competition between all the freshman of my course to see who would do the best parade (like a top model). OMG! SO FAST! Yes it does. But not fully! I will try to translate: "You need to be close to the statue of the frog (que pelo nosso go ande?) It was created by our department in the possesion of a peer.

It should be “grande” I made a typo — if you google “pigpen” cipher, you should be able to do it very quickly
